Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with the overall brand and business objectives.

• Identify, assess, and negotiate partnerships with influencers across relevant platforms and niches.

• Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from influencer selection and briefing to content approval, launch, and post-campaign analysis.

• Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with influencer talent and their management teams.

• Work in collaboration with internal creative and brand teams to craft engaging campaign briefs and content guidelines.

• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal return on investment.

• Set and monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Stay updated on trends in the creator economy, social media environment, and best practices in influencer marketing.

• Guide and mentor junior team members, offering support and performance evaluations.

• Lead relationships with vendors in influencer marketing platforms and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in influencer marketing.

• A proven history of designing and executing successful influencer campaigns on a large scale.

• In-depth understanding of influencer metrics, audience analytics, and performance evaluation.

• Experience in negotiating contracts and managing talent relationships directly or through agencies.

• Exceptional project management skills with the capability to oversee multiple campaigns concurrently.

• Strong analytical mindset with a background in utilizing data to inform campaign strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
