This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and implement influencer marketing campaigns designed specifically for the Philippine audience.
• Discover, onboard, and oversee influencers on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Utilize an established network of creators or agency partnerships to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage outreach, conduct negotiations, coordinate content, and ensure successful campaign execution.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with top-performing creators.
• Track campaign results and refine strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee consistent and localized messaging.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of the social media and creator ecosystem in the Philippines.
• Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Existing connections with local creators or agencies are a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Data-oriented approach with experience in campaign analytics.
• Proficient in English (Filipino language skills are a plus).
