This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of dbrand’s influencer marketing strategy, overseeing everything from budget management to outcomes, while selecting the ideal creators and partnerships to meet marketing objectives.
• Strategically plan and implement influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns that align with broader business goals.
• Create and refine processes for effective influencer sourcing, outreach, product seeding, creative capture, and ongoing management through the use of automation and contemporary applications.
• Develop and report on key performance indicators, including a sophisticated ROI model to assess overall creative effectiveness.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and payment processes with support from various internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our Creative and Marketing teams to manage Whitelisting, Meta Partnership Ads, and TikTok Spark Ads to enhance content and optimize ROI.
• Oversee dbrand’s micro-influencer program, ensuring a steady flow of content for paid social testing.
• Establish a creator framework that integrates DTC and retail expansion initiatives.
• Manage dbrand’s PR and Affiliate programs, employing innovative strategies for partner compensation and cost management.
• Mentor and nurture potential junior team members.
• Manage relationships with external creative agencies as needed.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Influencer Marketing, PR, or Partnerships strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise with influencer and affiliate platforms (e.g., Superfiliate, Grin, CreatorIQ, etc.).
• A strong dedication to understanding and embodying influencer culture.
• Proven success in planning and executing influencer marketing strategies for multi-million dollar paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent project management abilities, capable of tracking and managing multiple priorities and projects.
• Exceptional skills in relationship management and interpersonal communication.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - you are a confident, precise, and effective communicator.
• A discerning eye for modern design and aesthetics.
• Capability to identify and implement process enhancements through a data-driven methodology.
• Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, resourceful, organized, and proactive.
• Experience leading cross-departmental projects by inspiring and influencing communication across all stakeholder levels.
• Insights into the rapidly evolving trends in DTC marketing, branding, creative, and platform strategy.
• The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, along with health, dental, vision, profit-sharing, and GRSP benefits.
