This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and implement monthly campaigns aimed at acquiring influencers across targeted sectors, including health & fitness, gaming, lifestyle, finance, and others.

• Develop professional influencer sourcing methodologies that extend beyond the Sweatcoin app, utilizing external platforms, direct outreach, and innovative techniques.

• Investigate and trial new channels for acquisition, such as AI-driven solutions, third-party affiliate programs, and virtual influencers.

• Craft engaging lead magnets and communication strategies to effectively attract high-quality influencers at scale.

• Assess market opportunities and formulate data-driven business cases for new initiatives.

• Coordinate and align the junior entrepreneur team across various markets, ensuring standardized processes and best practices.

• Set up clear workflows, tracking systems, and performance metrics.

• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across different regions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in achieving 2X+ growth in an influencer, affiliate, or partnership program, with quantifiable results and methodologies to support it.

• A builder mentality: you have developed something innovative rather than just managed existing platforms.

• Experience in consumer mobile applications or web products, preferably in a startup environment.

• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.

• Strategic marketing mindset: you approach influencer programs with the same rigor as a product marketer launching a new product.

• Balanced in data-driven decision-making and creativity.

• Comfortable with variable compensation linked directly to outcomes.
