📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies within the beauty and skincare sectors.

• Establish and nurture a robust network of micro, macro, and regional creators throughout India.

• Identify and recruit suitable influencers who align with campaign goals and target demographics.

• Collaborate effectively with agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

• Review and approve content generated by influencers to uphold quality and brand integrity.

• Enhance regional storytelling by tailoring campaigns to various languages and audience subtleties.

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Refine campaigns based on insights and performance data.

• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and communication for multiple campaigns.

• 1–2 years of practical experience in influencer marketing, particularly in beauty, UGC, or dermatology campaigns.

• Established network of influencers across diverse regions in India.

• Strong understanding of both micro and macro influencer landscapes.

• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with execution in dynamic environments.

• In-depth knowledge of regional content trends, language nuances, and audience behaviors.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
