This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Influencer Sourcing & Partnerships: Identify, assess, and secure partnerships with influencers that resonate with the brand’s values, aesthetic, and growth goals. Establish and maintain a pipeline of high-quality creators.

• Creator Relationship Management: Oversee all aspects of influencer relationships from initial outreach to onboarding, campaign execution, and continuous communication.

• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate agreements, rates, and deliverables with influencers on behalf of the company, including terms for whitelisting and content usage rights.

• Affiliate Program Management: Create and manage the company’s affiliate program, which includes recruiting affiliates, establishing commission structures, and enhancing program performance.

• TikTok Shop & TikTok Affiliates: Oversee the company’s presence on TikTok Shop, including the onboarding and management of TikTok Shop affiliates, while coordinating affiliate-driven content to boost sales.

• Compliance & Brand Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure that all influencer and affiliate content aligns with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and regulatory obligations, including FTC endorsement disclosure compliance.

• Paid Media Campaigns: Supervise paid media campaigns that utilize influencer content, including Meta partnership ads and TikTok Spark Ads. Ensure secure whitelisting access and effective creative deployment.

• Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance and return on investment of influencer and affiliate campaigns, using data to inform strategy and optimize spending.

• Platform & Tool Management: Assess and oversee third-party platforms and tools that support influencer and affiliate operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance marketing within a DTC or CPG environment.

• Demonstrated success in negotiating influencer contracts, including whitelisting rights, usage terms, and performance-based deal structures.

• In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Manager (partnership ads, whitelisting) and TikTok (Spark Ads, TikTok Shop, affiliate ecosystem).

• Experience in building or managing an affiliate program, including selecting platforms and optimizing commissions.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to translate campaign performance data into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with comfort in negotiating with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com preferred) and influencer/affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Grin, CreatorIQ).

• Highly organized self-starter capable of independently managing a full pipeline in a remote setting.

• Availability to work during US Pacific Time business hours.
