Influencer Creator, Discovery & Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Perform continuous research to uncover new and emerging creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Assess potential influencers based on audience demographics, engagement quality, brand alignment, and content authenticity.

• Oversee and implement initial outreach to creators, ensuring a professional and brand-consistent tone in all communications.

• Develop and maintain a well-structured influencer database, guaranteeing accurate and current creator profiles.

• Monitor and manage outreach pipelines, including response rates, follow-ups, and conversion into active partnerships.

• Collaborate closely with the campaign team to understand upcoming creator requirements and proactively source suitable talent.

• Examine platform trends and emerging creator communities to identify early opportunities for brand partnerships.

• Provide regular reports on discovery pipeline metrics, outreach performance, and roster growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent sourcing.

• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and the creator economy landscape.

• Strong research abilities with a keen eye for identifying authentic, high-potential creators.

• Exceptional written communication skills with the capability to craft persuasive outreach messages.

• High level of organizational skills and comfort in working with data-intensive CRM or talent tracking tools.

• Experience with influencer discovery platforms (e.g., Traackr, Modash, Heepsy, or similar) is preferred.

• Analytical mindset with the capacity to critically evaluate audience quality and engagement metrics.
