Influencer, Brand Relations & Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will be our local representative in Palma.

• You don't wait for briefings – you proactively establish relationships with influencers and brands, create content on-site, and make Soulhouse visible in the city.

• Selection, outreach, and support for local influencers and creators – aiming to build strong and authentic partnerships.

• Production of reels, stories, photos, and posts that capture the true essence of Mallorca – in close collaboration with the Social Media Manager at HQ.

• Development and maintenance of collaborations with hotels, gyms, concept stores, and wellness and lifestyle brands to enhance brand presence.

• Organization of small events on-site as well as coordination of studio visits and influencer appointments.

• You leverage your understanding of local consumers and provide valuable insights for our further expansion in Spain.

• Regular communication with HQ regarding activities, reach, and insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, influencer relations, or partnerships.

• You reside in Palma/Mallorca, are well connected locally, and possess a good understanding of the influencer and creator landscape.

• Strong skills in creating social media content with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.

• Hands-on, independent, and operationally strong in execution.

• Proficient in using tools like Microsoft 365, Claude, Asana, and Modash.

• Fluent in German and/or English; Spanish is a plus.
