Influencer & Affiliate Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of planning, managing, and optimizing our influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives, ranging from long-term creator partnerships to performance-driven partner programs.

• You will identify appropriate creators and affiliate partners, cultivate enduring relationships, and successfully engage them with our brand.

• You will create engaging briefs, supervise content development, and ensure that the content aligns with our brand while achieving strong performance metrics.

• You will oversee our affiliate program, handling partner relations, network management, commission negotiations, and the continuous optimization of partner structure and the program.

• You will routinely analyze the performance of our channels, extracting actionable insights and recommendations.

• You will collaborate closely with the marketing, webshop, design, and content teams to approach influencer and affiliate marketing in a strategic and integrated manner.

• You will manage your budget responsibly, utilizing it effectively and efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, particularly within D2C and e-commerce sectors.

• Familiarity with affiliate networks and tools (e.g., AWIN, Goaffpro, or similar platforms) as well as a solid understanding of performance-driven partner programs.

• A strong awareness of brands, trends, and target demographics, ideally within the health, fitness, or nutrition sectors.

• Exceptional communication skills, with empathy and tact when engaging with creators and partners.

• A solid grasp of performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, or cost per conversion, along with the capability to make data-informed decisions to optimize campaigns.

• An organized working style, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a comprehensive overview.

• Strong time and project management abilities, enjoying work in a dynamic environment that allows for autonomy.

• Ideally, experience in dietary supplements, food, beauty, or cosmetics, with knowledge of the specific market dynamics.

• Proficient in German, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
