This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Research the internet and databases to create highly targeted prospect lists of over 100 qualified leads each week.
• Develop and dispatch personalized cold emails utilizing tools such as Hunter.io or Apollo for verification and scalability.
• Establish and oversee affiliate programs: recruit partners, negotiate agreements, monitor commissions, and enhance ROI using straightforward dashboards.
• Qualify leads in HubSpot or a similar CRM, nurturing them through automated sequences.
• Conduct weekly analyses of campaign data; monitor metrics such as reply rates, conversion funnels, and CPL to refine strategies and achieve challenging targets.
• Over 2 years of successful experience in B2B lead generation or outreach.
• Extensive knowledge of email deliverability, A/B testing sequences, and strategies to avoid spam filters.
• LinkedIn: Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch utilizing advanced search and messaging techniques.
• Affiliate marketing: Practical experience in recruiting affiliates, managing programs on platforms, and driving revenue through partnerships.
• Web research: Proficient in extracting insights from company websites, Crunchbase, or forums to tailor outreach on a large scale.
• Mastery of tools: Familiarity with Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Excel for reporting; comfortable with basic automation tools (Zapier).
• Startup mindset: A self-motivated individual who experiments swiftly, takes ownership of outcomes, and communicates successes clearly.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy with a strong analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work during US hours or graveyard shifts.
