This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Oversee the strategy for partnerships with brand influencers and creators, focusing on awareness, credibility, retail activation, and customer acquisition.
• Identify, source, evaluate, negotiate, manage, and expand influencer partnerships.
• Create and maintain influencer pipelines across various verticals, including sports, fitness, wellness, lifestyle, performance, and culture.
• Assess creators based on factors such as audience quality, engagement, brand alignment, authenticity, content quality, and conversion potential.
• Develop tiered influencer strategies that encompass seeding, paid partnerships, ambassador programs, and relationships with marquee talent.
• Source athletes, experts, trainers, wellness professionals, and creators to bolster brand credibility and generate content assets.
• Create influencer and ambassador programs that support product launches, retail activations, sampling initiatives, and community engagement.
• Negotiate terms regarding influencer rates, deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting permissions, paid media rights, exclusivity, and partnership conditions.
• Design agreements for flexible content utilization across paid media, retail, Amazon, social platforms, PR, websites, and future marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with legal and leadership teams on contracts, compliance, disclosures, risk management, and approvals.
• Manage timelines for campaigns, briefs, approvals, deliverables, posting schedules, product shipments, launch timing, and activation logistics.
• Maintain influencer calendars, posting schedules, deliverable trackers, campaign reports, and operational workflows.
• Coordinate influencer involvement in retailer events, trade shows, sampling programs, consumer activations, and brand experiences.
• Organize and manage creator content collection, organization, tagging, distribution, and cross-functional usage.
• Support relationships with athletes, celebrities, and strategic talent, ensuring appearance coordination, deliverables, and contractual obligations are met.
• Create influencer programs aimed at enhancing retail sell-through, shopper marketing, customer acquisition, and distribution growth.
• Align influencer activities with sales, marketing, retailer goals, promotions, and key customer initiatives.
• Repurpose content generated by influencers across paid media, Amazon, retail marketing, retailer presentations, and consumer communications.
• Foster high-performing creators into long-term advocates, ambassadors, and retail activation partners.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, ambassadors, athletes, celebrities, and strategic talent.
• Develop partnership roadmaps that encompass paid media, retail support, PR opportunities, and brand storytelling.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, managers, creators, and talent networks.
• Identify emerging talent and create strategic partnerships.
• Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, sales lift, attribution, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Growth and Analytics teams to assess creator effectiveness, paid usage performance, whitelisting outcomes, and content scalability.
• Identify content that is suitable for paid media investment and broader channel deployment.
• Create dashboards, attribution frameworks, affiliate tracking programs, and post-campaign reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, creator marketing, or social partnerships.
• Preferred experience with consumer brands, CPG, wellness, sports, beverage, or lifestyle brands.
• A strong network of creators, agents, managers, or relationships within the influencer ecosystem is preferred.
• Proven experience in negotiating influencer agreements, including usage rights, whitelisting, paid media rights, and deliverable structures.
• A solid understanding of influencer performance metrics such as engagement, CPM, CPV, attribution, and conversion measurement.
• Experience in managing influencer campaigns across paid, organic, retail, and performance marketing objectives.
• Highly organized with excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance creative relationship-building with performance accountability.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms, affiliate tools, attribution tools, and reporting systems is preferred.
