This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Deliver instruction, guidance, support, and constructive feedback to missionaries on topics such as the doctrine of Christ and the missionary purpose, teaching through the Spirit, local outreach, leveraging technology, collaborating with members, goal setting, and planning, as well as fostering resilience through reliance on the Lord. Adjustments to these topics will be made only as instructed by department leadership.
β’ Engage in various training formats including one-on-one coaching, small group discussions, large group workshops, and monitoring participation and discussions on Canvas.
β’ Assist Infield Area leadership in collaborating with mission and Missionary Department leadership as required.
β’ Execute the guidance and training provided by the Infield Training Supervisor, Manager of Training, and Director of Infield Training.
β’ Provide updates on the needs and progress of assigned responsibilities to leadership.
β’ Candidates must be returned missionaries who have been home for no longer than 3 years.
β’ Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and training skills.
β’ Strong interpersonal, prioritization, professionalism, and leadership capabilities.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of "Preach My Gospel."
β’ Must be self-driven and able to work effectively with others.
β’ Openness to receiving and applying feedback is essential.
β’ Must be a returned missionary (maximum of 36 months returned).
β’ Availability to work 15-20 hours per week is required.
β’ Teaching or tutoring experience in an MTC classroom setting is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with online communication tools such as chat and video conferencing is preferred.
β’ An environment free from distractions is necessary.
β’ A reliable internet connection is required.
β’ Mentoring sessions should be conducted from a laptop or desktop computer.
β’ Personal phone and number will be used to contact missionaries 2-3 times per week.
β’ Personal Facebook or WhatsApp accounts will be utilized to organize group meetings with missionaries.
β’ Longevity in the role is preferred.
β’ Fluency in Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Tagalog, or Urdu is preferred.
