This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the design of solutions, conduct demonstrations, and create proof of concepts with prospects and clients to achieve technical victories.
• Develop scalable go-to-market strategies for 1-2 specific industry verticals, encompassing target personas, discovery inquiries, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to convert technical capabilities into business outcomes and industry-specific perspectives.
• Provide Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams with resources, playbooks, and training to facilitate impactful discussions.
• Engage in executive meetings and critical pursuits to assess solution compatibility and influence deal strategies.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and customer forums.
• 12-15+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or Go-to-Market Strategy roles within supply chain technology or consulting firms.
• In-depth knowledge of at least two primary verticals pertinent to Lyric’s target markets.
• Strong grasp of modern data pipelines, ETL processes, analytics, and the latest AI/ML advancements.
• Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise sales cycles, conducting demos, designing solutions, creating proof of concepts, and scoping implementations.
• Capability to convert customer requirements into solution architectures and articulate value effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in developing repeatable frameworks and solutions that can scale within dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to establish trust with customers and convey complex solutions with clarity.
