Industry Segment & Programs Manager – Systems Integrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as MHEDA’s primary expert and advocate for a designated business community (Industrial Truck, Storage & Handling, or Systems Integrators).

• Track industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to enhance MHEDA programming and member value.

• Cultivate relationships with members, volunteers, and advisory groups to comprehend needs and gather insights.

• Identify deficiencies in member resources and recommend new programs, tools, or services.

• Engage in industry events, discussions, and committees to maintain a robust market awareness.

• Convert Business Community committee guidance into specific action plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Create and present community-specific educational content and learning experiences — such as webinars, workshops, articles, podcasts, and resource guides — in partnership with internal teams and subject matter experts.

• Design and oversee online courses within MHEDA’s Learning Management System (LMS).

• Assess program effectiveness using participation data and member feedback to enhance and improve offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 3 years of experience in the material handling industry or substantial familiarity with one of MHEDA’s core segments (Industrial Truck, Storage & Handling, or Systems Integrators).

• Strong preference for experience in developing educational content, training programs, or industry resources.

• Experience in associations, B2B, training, or industry education is an advantage.
