Industry Executive – Community Financial Institutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Propel the growth of TransUnion’s Community Financial Institutions division by spearheading comprehensive sales initiatives and aligning solutions with client requirements.

• Manage the complete sales process, which includes prospecting, developing relationships, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth transition to account management.

• Present compelling value-driven proposals, create customized solutions, address concerns, and successfully secure new business.

• Collaborate with internal teams and sales colleagues to enhance relationships with current customers, fostering cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

• Utilize internal resources, market intelligence, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies, support product innovation, and represent TransUnion at client meetings and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales within financial services or leadership roles at a bank or credit union, with a strong understanding of Community Financial Institutions.

• A proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets and business objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-level executives and manage intricate, matrixed accounts to identify stakeholders and finalize deals.

• Strong skills in client engagement, including prospecting, relationship cultivation, negotiation, and closing new business.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations and trade shows/conferences as needed.
