Industrial Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance by troubleshooting both on-site and over the phone.

• Execute the installation, startup, and commissioning of a range of products.

• Supervise and provide support to third-party installers during customer installations.

• Assess and troubleshoot system functionalities while training customers in operation and maintenance.

• Organize service schedules with customers at diverse locations.

• Generate comprehensive reports for installations and technical support matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Certificate of Completion from a recognized technical or trade school.

• Preferred background in industrial maintenance or electrical experience.

• Experience in maintenance or troubleshooting of fork trucks or telehandlers.

• Proficient in basic computer skills and capable of using the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong skills in time management and organization.

• Safety-oriented mindset (safety is a priority).

• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Quality-focused, resourceful, and reliable.
