Industrial Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work closely with leadership and teams to improve supply chain efficiency and productivity.

• Create and implement standardized lean operating procedures throughout the extensive network, including last mile delivery.

• Assess both new and existing operational layouts and suggest racking solutions that align with facility stocking strategies and maximize units per square foot.

• Review current operational processes and establish dynamic labor standards.

• Lead the creation and implementation of training programs to support the rollout and ongoing optimization of these standards.

• Conduct audits of standard operating procedures to verify their accuracy.

• Perform root cause analysis for performance and process variations across different sites.

• Recommend operational process alternatives along with an appropriate cost/benefit analysis.

• Collaborate with various internal departments to scale and execute continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist Labor Incentive Programs by analyzing data to facilitate calibration and adjustments to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

• 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications.

• Competent in Facility Design software (AutoCAD or similar).

• Familiarity with Facility Design standards.

• Proficient in SQL Server and/or Python.
