This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Achieving or surpassing the specified sales quota within your assigned sales territory.
• Collaborating with local channel teams to implement growth strategies, initiatives, and programs.
• Cultivating end-user customers and application processes to enhance the growth of the Industrial Adhesives & Tapes product lines.
• Delivering essential market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing teams, application engineers, and leadership within the Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division.
• Working alongside 3M’s End-User Key Accounts Team to promote growth through key end-user customers.
• Efficiently and consistently managing your opportunity pipeline, while engaging in strategic planning for new opportunities and conducting regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers in the region.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (must be completed and verified prior to employment).
• A minimum of three (3) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military context.
• A current and valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in articulating value propositions and system-selling.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in developing and managing key accounts.
• Proficiency in product demonstrations.
• A strong history of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish may be preferred or required.
