Independent Property Field Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of daily property claims on behalf of our clients.

• Oversee all assigned claims with minimal supervision.

• Make claim decisions within the authority delegated to you in accordance with company and carrier policies.

• Accurately interpret policy coverages and implement appropriate claims practices.

• Set and communicate reserves in line with carrier expectations.

• Stay informed about current insurance policies, guidelines, and industry practices.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all insured parties, clients, and stakeholders.

• Uphold high standards of professional conduct in all assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in managing property claims.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience using Xactimate and Symbility estimating software.

• Solid understanding of insurance policies, practices, and procedures.

• General knowledge of construction is highly preferred.
