This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Site development and management: Take the initiative to establish and oversee your own regional ATERIMA CARE location.
• Advisory services with case management: Provide personalized consultations for clients and their families.
• Execution of the integrated care concept (ATERIMA CARE Regional): Coordinate daily living assistance within the home setting.
• Ongoing care and quality: Regularly assess care situations and collect feedback.
• Marketing and sales (systematic): Apply effective online, offline, and networking strategies.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for establishing your own location.
• Excellent communication abilities and a love for advisory roles, relationship-building, and networking.
• A genuine interest in caregiving, care planning, and supporting family caregivers.
• Experience in sales, consulting, or leadership is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Readiness to invest around €10,000 of personal capital.
• Premium support that goes beyond standard solutions.
• 24/7 telephone support from a qualified nursing team, along with an emergency hotline available on weekends and public holidays.
