• You proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates in the market, even if they are not actively seeking new opportunities.

• You connect with candidates directly at their places of employment.

• You conduct organized and structured interviews.

• You assist candidates throughout the entire selection process.

• You gradually build your own network of clients and candidates.

• Experience in working from a home office.

• Proficient in the German language, both in writing and speaking.
