Independent Freight Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a thriving book of business

• Onboard eligible shipper customers onto the platform

• Manage brokerage MC operations from start to finish

• Transport freight across U.S., Canada, and Mexico lanes

• Utilize in-system bidding and AI load-building technologies

• Supervise carrier activities, dynamic pricing, documentation, and real-time tracking

• Facilitate billing, invoicing, and administrative processes in collaboration with back-office support

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have at least one active shipper customer with consistent load activity

• Minimum of 6 months as an Independent Freight Agent OR 2+ years of experience in logistics sales and dispatch

• Excellent communication skills and follow-through

• Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor

• Experience in brokerage MC handling from start to finish

• Located in the U.S. and moving freight within U.S., Canada, and Mexico lanes
