Independent Contractor Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual video consultations with pet owners via the Vetster platform.

• Provide comprehensive clinical evaluations, triage recommendations, and treatment plans.

• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely medical documentation for each consultation.

• Deliver an outstanding client experience by communicating clearly, compassionately, and professionally.

• Comply with Vetster's standards of care and platform policies.

• Maintain adherence to provincial licensing regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• DVM/VMD licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Canada and in good standing.

• Licensed to practice in one or more provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island.

• Experience in treating exotic species such as guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, rabbits, lizards, turtles, snakes, tarantulas, scorpions, crabs, and birds.

• A passion for Telemedicine and a belief in the importance of digital health.
