This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Assist customers with paid listings through email and phone support, guiding them in managing, updating, and optimizing their profiles.
β’ Provide fundamental assistance to users of the unpaid directory, including support for login issues, listing claims, and questions regarding visibility.
β’ Diagnose technical problems and escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams.
β’ Communicate effectively and professionally, embodying Mantaβs brand values in all interactions.
β’ Keep precise records of customer interactions and follow-ups within our support system.
β’ Proficient in English **(C1/C2 level proficiency)** with strong writing and grammar skills.
β’ Previous experience in customer service, either face-to-face or via telephone.
β’ Outstanding online communication abilities.
β’ Capable of expressing ideas clearly and effectively.
β’ Quick to learn, adaptable, and flexible in approach.
β’ High standards of integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work autonomously.
β’ Proficient in Google Apps and Tools (e.g., Gmail, Drive, etc.)
β’ Experience with Microsoft Word.
