📋 Description

• Investigate, assess, and address security incidents for clients across endpoints, networks, and cloud infrastructures.

• Take the lead on containment, eradication, and forensic analysis initiatives.

• Conduct root cause investigations and document results in actionable reports.

• Engage in proactive threat hunting to uncover adversarial behavior.

• Relay updates and technical insights to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with detection engineering and security operations teams to enhance visibility.

• Execute related malware analysis activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in incident response, forensic analysis, and security operations.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

• Solid understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems as well as enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.

• Availability for occasional on-call support and after-hours incident response.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to support engagements or clients.

• Preferred: Industry certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, or CISSP.
