This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage and respond to a significant volume of incoming calls during your designated 8-hour shift.
• Assist customers through the onboarding and setup process step-by-step using comprehensive scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere to a systematic approach to transition customers from sign-up to enrollment.
• Guarantee a smooth transfer to the fulfillment team after the customer has been successfully onboarded.
• Participate in daily team meetings focused on call evaluations and enhancing performance.
• Monitor and report essential metrics including calls received, answered, conversion rates, and objections.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness by handling all incoming calls via GHL.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and confident presentation.
• Comfortable with prolonged phone conversations.
• Proactive, resourceful, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Highly trainable and receptive to constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to adhere to structured processes.
