This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming leads.
• Manage sales inquiries from Swiss and German-speaking prospects (and ideally French) while guiding them through the product from both technical and business perspectives.
• Assist customers throughout the onboarding and setup process, ensuring a seamless and successful introduction to Amnis.
• Identify customer needs and challenges, aligning them with appropriate Amnis solutions, such as FX, payments, cards, and additional services.
• Persuade and upsell customers through value-driven product presentations during onboarding and ongoing usage.
• Work closely with sales, operations, compliance, and product teams.
• Contribute to internal enhancements aimed at consistently improving customer experience and processes.
• Proficiency in (near-native) (Swiss-) German and good English skills (English is the company's working language).
• Experience or a keen interest in sales, customer onboarding, account management, or customer support within B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Payments.
• A strong affinity for consultative/solution-oriented selling.
• Interest in or foundational knowledge of payments, FX, or payment cards.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to clarify technical topics effectively.
• Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple customer interactions.
• A team-oriented mindset combined with a proactive approach.
