This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming leads
• Integrate consultative sales techniques with practical customer onboarding
• Assist prospects and clients from both technical and product viewpoints
• Facilitate successful onboarding and platform setup for customers
• Proactively discover upselling possibilities based on customer requirements
• Manage inbound sales inquiries from Austria and German-speaking prospects
• Provide support to customers throughout the entire onboarding and setup journey
• Comprehend customer needs and challenges, offering appropriate solutions
• Persuade and upsell clients through value-driven product presentations
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, compliance, and product teams
• Contribute to internal enhancements aimed at improving customer experience
• Native (or near-native) German proficiency with good English skills
• Experience or interest in sales, customer onboarding, account management, or customer support within B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Payment sectors
• A strong inclination towards consultative and solution-focused selling
• Interest in or basic understanding of payments, FX, or payment cards
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple customer interactions
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
