
Inbound Sales Representative – Full-Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage incoming calls and proactively initiate outbound calls to schedule appointments for new customers and address scheduling requirements, with a target of at least 70 calls each day.
• Promptly respond to and handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, texts, and other means, focusing on swift live-call handling and quick follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
• Oversee daily responsibilities and accurately log lead information, call results, and follow-up actions in our CRM system, Marathon (training will be provided).
• Utilize your sales expertise to comprehend each customer's requirements and effectively convey Barkbus' value proposition.
• Establish a connection with pet owners by customizing each interaction and recognizing their dogs' grooming preferences and needs.
• Take complete responsibility for securing bookings during calls, ensuring clear next steps and confirmed appointments.
• Organize and schedule appointments for our team of professional groomers, addressing rescheduling and special requests with care, while working closely with operations and dispatch to enhance efficiency and route optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance operations, systems, and the overall customer experience.
• Meet performance targets, including a minimum of 7 bookings daily and generating $1,500 in daily revenue.
• Be highly responsive and consistently available during assigned hours, providing a dependable customer experience with rapid response times and disciplined follow-up execution.
• At least 1-2 years of demonstrated success in both inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong experience in inbound and outbound calls; capability to cold call, generate leads, build rapport, identify customer needs, and finalize sales.
• Ability to consistently manage a high volume of calls daily (minimum of 70 calls per day).
• Proven track record of meeting and ideally exceeding sales targets, with a strong emphasis on daily revenue performance and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English communication skills. Clear and concise written correspondence is essential.
• Strong attention to detail paired with a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing schedules and business demands, with a mindset focused on flexibility and growth.
