This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Join a rapidly expanding industry as a knowledgeable resource for families exploring senior care options, providing an outstanding experience that aligns with our company's mission.
• Handle incoming, pre-qualified leads from your home office in the role of an inside sales representative, adhering to a designated schedule.
• Perform comprehensive initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families about personalized senior care solutions and assist them in identifying senior living communities and home care providers that best suit their needs.
• Serve as the intermediary between families and senior housing communities or care providers after successfully completing the four-week new hire training program.
• A minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or inbound call centers.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales goals.
• Capability to multitask effectively; engage in phone conversations while taking notes on a computer.
• Proficient computer and typing skills are essential, including knowledge of Word and Excel, as well as the ability to learn and navigate internal CRM systems.
