Inbound Sales Opener/Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to business owners on how to attract new employees or clients utilizing the company's systems.

• Schedule appointments independently with warm inbound leads.

• Pre-qualify potential clients for consultation calls with experts using a validated system.

• Engage in team meetings.

• Manage minor administrative responsibilities.

• Utilize the automated CRM system to streamline administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clear pronunciation in German and a vibrant, energetic attitude.

• Eagerness to learn, a performance-oriented mindset, and a commitment to ongoing development.

• Some experience in outbound cold calling, preferably 1–3 years in sales.

• Ideally, experience with a sales agency or in sales coaching.

• Initial sales experience is preferred.

• No specific formal training is necessary.
