This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will transform online marketing managers, managing directors, and other key decision-makers who are already interested in our solutions into paying and satisfied customers.
• You will persuade them over the phone and through email about the advantages of our software while offering additional information to aid their decision-making process.
• You will demonstrate the features of our software to potential clients through informative web demonstrations.
• You will manage your own sales pipeline until successful contract closure and earn an attractive commission.
• You will also provide ongoing support to all your customers as they use our software and actively contribute to their success.
• No cold calling is necessary!
• At least one year of experience in B2B (tele) sales.
• Capability to clearly explain complex software products over the phone.
• Strong communication skills, goal orientation, and assertiveness.
• A high degree of commitment and reliability towards customers.
• Excellent self-organization and personal accountability.
• Proficient in English, as our prospects are often international.
• Generally, you don’t need to know everything, but you must have a willingness to learn!
• You can select your preferred operating system: Mac, Linux, or Windows — we will provide your computer accordingly.
• We conduct monthly “up‑Shops” — our internal team training sessions, along with conferences and professional development courses.
• You have the flexibility to choose your working hours; you can come and go as you please.
