Inbound Sales Customer Service Specialist – Telephony

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The Specialist will be responsible for identifying the needs of customers and delivering effective, objective solutions in line with product and/or service protocols;

• Engaging in the sale of products and services;

• Each customer interaction may present various types of situations reported by the customer;

• Specific technical responsibilities include handling inbound sales calls to promote voice or data telephony services or products, working with service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband, and fiber services;

• Will utilize systems to document and manage service interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years;

• Completed high school diploma;

• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade;

• Proficient in negotiation and argumentation;

• Basic computer literacy and typing skills;

• Must be available to undertake training and work remotely;

• A desktop computer is required for the training period;

• Preferably residing near the Atento Ribeirão Preto Unit.
