
Inbound Sales Customer Service Specialist – Telecommunications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs and delivering practical, objective solutions aligned with product and/or service guidelines;
• Engaging in the sales of products and services;
• Each interaction may encompass addressing various situations as indicated by the customer;
• Specific technical responsibilities include providing Call Center support, handling inbound sales to offer voice or data telephony services or products, and managing service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband, and fiber services;
• Will utilize systems to log interactions and manage customer relationships.
• Must be at least 18 years of age;
• Possess a High School diploma;
• Exhibit strong verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities;
• Demonstrate negotiation and argumentation skills;
• Have basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency;
• Availability to complete training and work remotely (Home Office);
• Must have access to a desktop computer for use during the training period;
• Preferably reside near the Atento Ribeirão Preto Unit.
