This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for crafting exceptional travel experiences for affluent clientele.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries from customers, assess their needs, and provide travel suggestions.
• Conduct follow-up outbound calls, address objections, and finalize the sale.
• Offer tailored recommendations aligned with the preferences and interests of guests.
• Foster enduring relationships to enhance consumer loyalty.
• Articulate cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and pricing information.
• Keep precise records of interactions and follow up with potential leads.

• Stay receptive to coaching, feedback, and maintain a high level of motivation and entrepreneurial drive.
• Prior experience in telephone sales or a related sales position.
• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in an equivalent sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing financial sales KPI metrics.
• Strong background in phone-based sales.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to cultivate and sustain relationships with high-end clients.
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Discipline to operate within a structured environment adhering to schedule standards.
• Previous sales experience with the ability to close deals on the first call.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and tools (MS Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Highly competitive compensation plan structure.
• Average annual earning potential of $90,000 (combining hourly base and commission).
• Historical average annual commission of $53,000 (dependent on overall department performance and the applicable commission structure).
