Inbound Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from potential patients

• Quickly establish rapport and create a welcoming first impression

• Clearly articulate the appointment and certification procedures

• Assist patients in scheduling their appointments

• Aim to achieve daily and weekly conversion goals

• Accurately document notes and manage follow-ups using the CRM system

• Keep informed about service offerings and changes in procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in phone-based B2C sales or appointment scheduling

• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales/conversion goals

• Proficient spoken English with a confident phone demeanor

• Capable of leading conversations and directing them towards a resolution

• Prior experience in remote work environments

• Willingness to work during US hours
