Inbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and live chats from potential customers

• Assess customer requirements and align them with the appropriate product or service

• Professionally address objections and convert inquiries into sales opportunities

• Follow up with leads who have not yet made a commitment

• Accurately record all activities in the CRM system

• Achieve daily and monthly sales conversion goals

• Background in sales, call centers, or customer service roles

• Excellent verbal communication skills—having a pleasant phone demeanor is crucial

• Capability to think quickly and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously

• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is advantageous
