Inbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Handle inbound calls exclusively; no outbound cold calling involved.

• Provide detailed information about 1-800-GOT-JUNK? services and the junk removal process.

• Address inquiries regarding services, service areas, availability, and pricing.

• Transform customer queries into bookings for the truck team members.

• Participate in 3 weeks of fully compensated remote training.

• Become part of a team with support from a Team Lead following training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Must currently reside in Ontario.

• Availability for the first 3 weeks of training from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday EDT.

• Possess a friendly and approachable telephone demeanor.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable with learning new technologies.

• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.

• A quiet workspace at home is essential.

• Must have a quick and dependable wired internet connection.

• A personal computer with at least 8GB of memory is required.

• A wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or similar fields is advantageous.
