Inbound Sales Agent, Afternoon/Evening

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from Australian customers, delivering an exceptional experience.

• Handle inbound calls exclusively; no outbound cold calling involved.

• Clarify the services offered by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and explain the junk removal process.

• Address inquiries regarding service areas, availability, timing for removal, and pricing.

• Transform inquiries into bookings for the truck team members.

• Undergo 3 weeks of comprehensive paid remote training.

• Be part of a team supported by a Team Lead following the training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in Ontario.

• Available to commence work on September 11th.

• Must be available for training during the first 3 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST.

• After training, availability required Monday through Sunday between 3:00 PM and 5:00 AM EST.

• Possess a friendly telephone demeanor.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Comfortable with learning new technologies.

• Typing speed of a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• A quiet workspace at home is necessary.

• Quick and dependable wired internet connection required.

• Personal computer with at least 8GB of memory is mandatory.

• An Ethernet wired connection is required.

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or a related field is advantageous.
