
Inbound Opener/Setter — Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide guidance to managing directors and business owners on strategies to attract new employees or contracts through our innovative systems.
• Schedule appointments independently with warm inbound leads who are prepared for your call.
• Use our system, which has been validated thousands of times, to pre-qualify prospects for consultations with our experts.
• Engage in team meetings and manage minor administrative tasks, as our fully automated CRM handles 99% of the tedious work.
• Excellent German pronunciation combined with high energy levels.
• A strong willingness to learn, a performance-driven mindset, and a commitment to continuous personal development.
• Some experience in telephone cold calling, ideally ranging from 1 to 3 years in a sales role.
• Preferably, you have prior experience in an agency setting or in sales coaching.
• We value initial sales experience and eagerness to grow, rather than specific educational backgrounds.
• Competitive pay with an attractive commission structure that includes a fixed base salary and increasing commission rates.
• Baseline standard: 15 scheduled appointments — €2,900.
• Realistic target: 30 scheduled appointments — €3,500.
• High performance (top performers): €4,200–€6,000.
