This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide guidance to business owners and managing directors on strategies for recruiting new employees or securing contracts through our distinctive systems.
• Schedule appointments independently from warm inbound leads who are prepared for your call.
• Pre-qualify prospects for consultations with our experts utilizing our system that has been validated thousands of times.
• Engage in team meetings and manage minor administrative tasks, as our fully automated CRM efficiently handles 99% of the repetitive tasks.
• Fluent German pronunciation with a high-energy approach.
• A willingness to learn, a performance-oriented attitude, and a commitment to continuous personal development.
• Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally having 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Preferably, experience in an agency setting or in sales coaching.
• We do not focus on specific educational backgrounds; what matters most is that you possess some sales experience and a strong desire to grow with us.
• Competitive salary with an appealing commission structure that includes a guaranteed base and progressively increasing commissions.
• Hygiene standard: 15 booked settings — €3,200.
• Realistic target: 30 booked settings — €4,100.
• High performance: takeover setting — €4,200 to €6,800.
