This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing guidance to business owners and CEOs on how to secure new employees or contracts through our services.
• Scheduling appointments independently with both cold and warm inbound leads.
• Pre-qualifying potential clients for consultations with our specialists.
• Engaging in team meetings and managing minor administrative responsibilities.
• Clear and understandable German pronunciation along with a lively telephone demeanor.
• A strong desire to learn, a high performance drive, and the ambition for ongoing personal and professional development.
• Some sales experience, ideally 1–3 years in telephone cold calling.
• Preferably previous sales experience in an agency or within a coaching/consulting framework.
• Educational background is not a primary concern; what matters is your sales experience and motivation to grow with Flatland Marketing.
• Above-average remuneration with an appealing base salary and a high-performing commission structure.
• Minimum: 15 appointments set = €3,000.
• Realistic: 30 appointments set = €4,000.
• High-Performer: 45+ appointments set = €5,000–€6,500.
