This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Advising company executives on how to acquire new employees or contracts through our unique systems.
• Independent appointment acquisition from warm inbound leads that are ready for your call.
• Pre-qualifying interested parties for consultations with our experts based on our thoroughly validated system.
• Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM takes care of 99% of the tedious tasks for you).
• Clear German pronunciation and high energy levels.
• Willingness to learn, results-oriented mindset, and a desire for continuous personal growth.
• Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1-3 years in sales.
• Ideally, you have previously worked in an agency or coaching within sales.
• We do not prioritize specific educational backgrounds; what matters most is that you have gained initial experience in sales and are eager to develop further with us.
• Above-average compensation, an attractive commission model with a fixed salary and increasing commissions.
• Hygiene standard: 15 set appointments - €3,200.
• Realistic target: 30 set appointments - €4,100.
• High performance: takeover settings - €4,200 to €6,800.
• A permanent employment contract with flexible working hours and the option to work 100% remotely.
