This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Consulting with executives on how to attract new employees or projects using our unique systems.
• Independent appointment setting based on warm inbound leads that are eager for your call.
• Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts using our extensively validated system.
• Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM takes care of 99% of the tedious tasks).
• A clear German pronunciation and high energy levels.
• Willingness to learn, performance-oriented mindset, and a desire for continuous personal development.
• Initial experience in telephonic cold calling, ideally 1-3 years in sales.
• Preferably, you have previously worked in an agency or in sales coaching.
• We do not prioritize specific educational backgrounds – what matters to us is that you already have initial experiences in sales and a strong desire to grow with us.
• Above-average pay, an attractive commission model with a fixed salary and increasing commissions.
• Hygiene standard: 15 scheduled settings - €3,200.
• Realistic goal: 30 scheduled settings - €4,100.
• High performance: appointment takeover - €4,200 to €6,800.
