This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the management of the company's lead database, ensuring proper segmentation, data integrity, and timely updates;
• Design, implement, and enhance automation and lead nurturing workflows in RD Station aimed at lead qualification and conversion;
• Formulate relationship strategies throughout the entire lead journey;
• Track and refine conversion metrics at various stages of the marketing and sales funnel;
• Create advanced segmentations for email marketing campaigns and automation;
• Conduct analyses of the lead database to discover growth and recovery opportunities;
• Integrate workflows between RD Station and Pipedrive, ensuring data accuracy and funnel monitoring;
• Generate reports and dashboards to assess Inbound Marketing performance;
• Work collaboratively with Content, Performance, and Sales teams to enhance opportunity generation;
• Execute A/B tests on workflows, campaigns, and nurturing paths;
• Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance analyses, segmentations, automations, and conversion strategies;
• Suggest ongoing improvements to the demand-generation operations based on data insights.
• Proven experience in Inbound Marketing and marketing automation;
• Demonstrated experience in demand generation and funnel management;
• Familiarity with Marketing and Sales integration;
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments;
• Advanced proficiency in RD Station Marketing;
• In-depth knowledge of Marketing and Sales Funnel Management;
• Expertise in Lead Nurturing Strategies;
• Proficient in Marketing Automation;
• Advanced understanding of Email Marketing;
• Skilled in dashboard creation and analytical assessment;
• Intermediate understanding of CRM and commercial processes.
