This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Manage incoming communications for prominent brands, assisting customers with inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product assistance.
• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
• This position offers flexible scheduling opportunities once certification is achieved.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be a U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).
• Ability to adhere to detailed processes and meet performance benchmarks.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based tools.
• Capable of working independently and being accountable for schedules.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments is advantageous.
