Inbound Customer Service Specialist with Sales – Telephony

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide inbound customer service while promoting sales

• Assess customer requirements and address any uncertainties

• Implement procedures and present products and/or services

• Manage various scenarios reported by customers

• Utilize systems to document interactions and actions taken

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years

• Completion of high school diploma

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities

• Skills in negotiation and reasoning

• Basic computer proficiency and typing capabilities

• Must be available for training and remote work (home office)

• Ideally located near the Atento Ribeirão Preto Unit
