This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide inbound customer service with a focus on sales, aimed at understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries, executing procedures, and recommending products and/or services.
• The agent is responsible for recognizing the customer's requirements and delivering a practical, objective solution in accordance with product and/or service protocols.
• Involve in the sales of various products and services.
• Execute specific technical tasks: call center services to promote telephony voice or data products or services, managing service bundles for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband, and fiber services.
• Utilize systems to document interactions and process service transactions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma is required.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities and persuasive skills.
• Proficient in negotiation and argumentation techniques.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are essential.
• Must be available to complete training and work remotely.
• A desktop computer is necessary for the training duration.
• Ideally, candidates should live near the Atento Ribeirão Preto Unit.
