This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responds to incoming calls from members.
• Utilizes tools and resources effectively to address member inquiries.
• Upholds a high standard of service for members and achieves performance goals.
• Maintains professionalism and composure while adapting to challenging situations.
• Builds and sustains effective working relationships with team members.
• Upholds and promotes a positive, professional image of Velera's Call Centers.
• Engages in training for products and procedures through classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and thorough review of all available manuals and resources to enhance product knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional post-secondary education is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, along with strong reading comprehension in English.
• Capability to accurately interpret information and exhibit problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with products such as Memberview, Shared Branch, Hot Card, Connex Card Support, MS Custom, Call Center Console, or Springboard is advantageous.
