This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver exceptional service by understanding customers' requirements.
• Investigate and address customer questions and concerns.
• Process transactions, orders, and modifications as needed (varies by client).
• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Participate in job enhancement sessions as needed; ongoing training provided regularly.
• Achieve monthly performance targets established by the client.
• Capable of performing additional tasks as necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Preferred 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service, though not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor on the phone.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly.
• Compatible computer system (Windows XP or Windows 7; Windows Vista and 8 are currently unsupported).
• Internet connection of 6MBPS or higher (must have or will obtain).
• Basic phone line (no long-distance or additional features required).
• Work from the convenience of your own home.
• Establish your own schedule.
• Eliminate the daily commute.
